A few things I believe deeply after years of shipping AI products.

Complexity is a product decision.

Every piece of complexity you ship is a permanent tax on every user. I hold the line on simplicity — especially in AI, where systems can spiral fast.

A model without measurement is expensive guesswork.

I define quality metrics and experimentation frameworks before writing a line of product spec. Data is only useful if you designed to collect it intentionally.

The best AI is invisible to the user.

The greatest AI achievement isn't the technology — it's when users never feel it. That's the bar I hold my products to: powerful, invisible, inevitable.

Speed is a feature. So is restraint.

I've killed projects I loved because the data said no. Knowing when not to ship is the most underrated PM skill, especially when hype can override judgment.
